Tried to run the heater for the first time in a year and while all the fans and vents work, there is not heat, no matter what vent or setting. AC works fine. The 2 hoses going to the heater core do not not heat up or even feel like there is any water running though them. The radiator and the cracked thermostat housing and thermostat were changed several months ago. So is there a control or climate control valve that sends water to the heater core?
