The ac/heat is stuck on face. I can't change to floor or defrost

I've done a lot of searching and from what I can find it seems that the problem is something called the blend door actuator. The issue I'm running into is that I can't find that part anywhere. Is it called something else for this year and model? Or is there something else I should check.
